About Me

I spent the first eighteen years of my career as a commissioned officer in the British Army. This was followed by more than two decades in senior leadership and management roles within barristers’ chambers and firms of solicitors. I also worked for four years as a director of a legal based training and event management consultancy. In more recent times I was the Director of Training and Consultancy at the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association (ISBA) where I offered advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on organisational, strategic, operational and professional development. I am now putting my wealth of experience to good use by helping other professionals to overcome their challenges and attain their true potential through coaching.
